Description:

• This project consists of an existing warehouse and a distribution facility pursuing LEED Certification for Existing Buildings
• Facility Performance Consulting (FPC) performed the energy audit on the 360,000 SF warehouse and the 136,000 SF distribution facilities required to begin the process for LEED Certification
• Energy audits consisted of low cost, energy reduction recommendations
• In keeping with the owner’s goal of seeking LEED Certification for the warehouse and distribution facilities,  FPC made many valuable energy reduction recommendations
