Mr. Spradling is responsible for making sure that we are meeting customers’ needs with cost efficient and client sustaining solutions for both the private and government sectors. Mr. Spradling is CxA Certified and has over 35 years of experience in this specific field and is bringing new insights to Facility Performance Consulting / Crenshaw Consulting Engineers. He has a base engineering expertise in electrical engineering and has developed into applications of industrial systems and process engineering for both new construction and renovations is evidenced by the many projects that he has commissioned. He is considered an expert in his field for SMART BUILDING SUSTAINABLE DESIGN with a portfolio of projects to include the 464,000 SF LEED Silver Harris Technology New Office and Manufacturing Facility in Palm Bay Florida as well as the 67,000 SF LEED Silver Embraer Engineering – Melbourne, FL New Office and Lab Facility both SMART Buildings. He is also the SMART Building Expert on the renovation and addition of new buildings at the RTP, NC Credit Suisse Campus. He continues to strive to hone his skills and expanding his knowledge through education and design experiences.
