Experience: Mr. Jon Lehman, PE, has been the Commissioning Manager and Senior Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager with Facility Performance Consulting / Crenshaw Consulting Engineers for the past 15 years and has done an excellent job understanding the needs of our clients and providing the highest quality commissioning while still meeting client budget and deadline constraints. He is responsible for leading a team of talented and hard-working junior mechanical engineers, engineers in training and designers ensuring that we are meeting client’s needs with cost efficient | energy sustaining solutions for both the private and government sectors. His past LEED experience has made him one of the leaders in his field. Mr. Lehman’s knowledge on LEED and LEED modeling of mechanical designs with various types of HVAC systems ranging from geothermal, boiler-chiller to typical VAV systems for both new construction and renovations is evidenced by the many projects that he has designed. Mr. Lehman has served in various roles as the lead mechanical engineer, QC reviewer, and commissioning manager for numerous projects. Mr. Lehman has over 29 years of experience in this specific field with extensive Sustainable | LEED Design experience with both military | government and private sector projects for both renovation and new construction to include multi-family, warehouse, office and medical complexes. He was the Senior Mechanical Engineer for the LEED Gold Citrix Office Systems East Coast Head Quarters SMART BUILDING located in Raleigh, NC consisting of a 189,500 SF with 201,900 SF Parking Deck, 13 Story North Hills Office Tower consisting of 375,000 SF, the 31 Story Multi-Family and Hotel Tower consisting of 450,000 SF, Bandwidth Campus |Raleigh, NC, numerous apartment complexes, barracks, SCIFs etc. at various bases to include Camp Lejeune and Cherry Point as well as various Healthcare projects to include Chatham Park Hospice (LEED) and UNC Medical Office Building in Pittsboro, NC (LEED).
